  1. 2 cups 320g / 11oz Green beans - fresh, cut into 2" pieces

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped onion

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped celery

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Butter buds - (r), or butter, melted

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Fresh basil - minced, or 1/2 t dry

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  8. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions REVISED: the original recipe called for 2 T butter or margarine melted In a saucepan, combine beans, onion, celery and water. Cover and cook for 5 min or until beans are tender. Drain. Add the butter, basil, salt and pepper; stir to coat. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings
