  1. 2 carrots, peeled and cut into small pieces

  2. 12 French beans , cut into 2 pieces

  3. 3/4 cup peas, shelled

  4. 2 potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces

  5. 1 cup plain yoghurt, sour

  6. 1/2tsp Coconut, grated

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 4-6 Green chillies

  9. 1 tsp Cumin seeds

  10. For tempering:

  11. 3 tsp Oil

  12. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.once seeds begins to splutter add one cup water in a pan and let boil the water.

  2. Add all vegetables alongwith salt,cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

  3. Grind together, the coconut,green chillies and cumin seeds to a paste.

  4. Whisk the yoghurt well,mix-in coconut paste.

  5. Add to the vegetables and bring to a boil.

  6. Cover the pan and leave to simmer until vegetables become tender.

  7. Serve hot
