    1. 1 tablespoon butter

    2. 1 pound sugar (2 cups)

    3. 3 tablespoons chocolate, grated

    4. 1/4 pound marshmallows, broken in pieces

    5. 1/2 pint cream

    6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1. Instructions Mix chocolate, sugar and cream in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the butter. Boil to 240 degrees F. Remove from fire. Add the marshmallows and vanilla, Pour into buttered pan. Cut in squares before it hardens too much.
