  2. 1 cn Bisquits SECOND LAYER

  3. 1 lb Ground beef

  4. 1/4 ts Tabasco sauce

  5. 1 md Vidalia onion;chopped

  6. 1 oz Mushrooms;chopped

  7. 2 lg Eggs

  8. 1/2 ts Italian seasonings

  9. 1 ts Parsley

  10. 1/2 ts Salt

  11. 1/4 ts Oregano

  12. 1/2 ts Pepper THIRD LAYER

  13. 1 c Swiss cheese;grated

  14. 1 c Cheddar cheese;grated

  15. 3 lg Eggs

  16. 1/2 c Sour cream

  17. 1/2 c Half and half

  1. First Layer: Make a pie shell out of the canned bisquits. Second Layer Saute meat, onions and mushrooms in a small amount of oil until meat is lightly browned, and the onions are limp. Drain off excess fat and seasonings. Mix well. Remove from heat and add eggs. Mix well and pour on top of bisquit layer. THIRD LAYER Mix the ingredients and spread over meat layer. Beat in a 350 oven for 40 minutes or until brown. --
