  1. 6 Hard-cooked eggs

  2. 1 cup 237ml Cider vinegar

  3. 1 cup 237ml Beet liquid

  4. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Sugar

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Onion - chopped

  7. 4 Whole cloves

  1. Place peeled eggs in bowl or jar.

  2. Mix vinegar, beet liquid, sugar, salt, onion and cloves.

  3. Pour over eggs. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days. Slice eggs.
