  11. 1 c Broccoli

  12. 1 c Potatoes

  13. 1/2 c Turnips

  14. GROUP 2:

  15. 1/2 c Cauliflower

  16. 1 c Onion

  17. 1 c Celery

  18. 1 c String beans

  19. 1 1/2 c Snow peas

  20. GROUP 3:

  21. 1 1/2 c Sprouts

  22. 1 c Lettuce

  23. 1 c Tomatoes

  24. 1 1/2 c Water chestnuts

  25. Choose at least 2 vegetables from each group; dice

  26. them. Heat oil in wok or large skillet; add garlic.

  27. 1 vegetables to hot oil; stir-fry

  28. 7 minutes.

  29. 2; stir-fry

  30. 5 minutes. Add

  31. 3; stir-fry

  32. 5 minutes. Serve over

  33. hot rice. Garnish with cashews. --
