  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Light Italian dressing

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh lime juice Lettuce leaves

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine rice, beans, tomato, cheese (if desired), and parsley in large bowl. Pour dressing and lime juice over rice mixture; toss. Serve on lettuce leaves.
