  2. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms

  3. 1 green pepper , coarsely chopped

  4. 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes , undrained

  5. 1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

  6. 1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner

  1. HEAT oven to 400ºF.

  2. PLACE chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish; surround with mushrooms and peppers. Top chicken with tomatoes and shredded cheese. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).

  3. MEANWHILE, prepare Dinner as directed on package.

  4. SERVE chicken and vegetables with Dinner.
