  1. Ranch Noodles

  2. 6-12 servings or 1 Large Bowl 1 package of any style egg noodles (bow ties; wide noodles)

  3. 1 lb bacon

  4. 1 bottle ranch salad dressing

  5. 2 medium tomatoes, diced into bite size pieces

  6. 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced into bite size pieces

  7. 8 ounces frozen spinach

  8. 8 ounces frozen peas

  9. Brown your bacon. Remove from heat and drain. Cook egg noodles

  10. according to directions. As soon as your noodles are done, add the

  11. spinach and peas to the water. Bring to a boil and cook until the

  12. spinach thaws. Drain and run cool water over the noodles. Drain

  13. again and let sit until it is completely drained. In a large bowl,

  14. crumble your bacon into small pieces. Add the tomatoes and the

  15. cucumbers. Next, add the noodle mixture. Mix well. Add the ranch

  16. dressing, about 3/4 of the bottle. Mix again. You can serve

  17. immediately or chill to a colder tempature. If the noodles look

  18. dry, add more dressing until you are satisfied.
