  1. Coconut White Bread

  2. Yield: 1 loaf

  3. 3/4 cup canned coconut water (not milk) found at Hispanic foods section

  4. 2 Tbsp softened butter or margarine

  5. 1 egg

  6. 3 cups flour or more as needed

  7. 1 cup shredded coconut

  8. 1 tsp salt

  9. 1 Tbsp sugar

  10. 3 tsp dry yeast

  11. Place ingredients in machine as per instructions, adding more flour

  12. or liquid (coconut water or regular milk) to achieve a soft pliable

  13. non sticky dough. May use dough cycle and make by hand. When out

  14. 8 x

  15. 9 x 3 inch loaf pan let rise double. Bake

  16. 25 to 30 minutes

  17. or until tested done.
