  1. Breakfast Parfait 1 1/3 cups unsweetened applesauce

  2. 1 cup (about 6 ounces) pitted prunes

  3. 1 1/2 cups natural wheat and barley cereal

  4. 1 pint plain nonfat yogurt

  5. 4 pitted prunes, for garnish

  6. 1 cup of prunes. For each serving, in a

  7. 10 ounce stemmed goblet, layer

  8. 1/4 cup cereal,

  9. 1/4 cup yogurt,

  10. 1/2 cup applesauce prune mixture and another

  11. 1/4 cup yogurt. Top

  12. with 2 Tbsp. cereal and garnish with a prune. Serve immediately,

  13. 4 hours before serving. Makes

  14. 4 servings.
