  1. 1 can sauerkraut, drained

  2. 4 oz cooked corned beef

  3. 1 small onion, finely chopped

  4. 1 cup mayonnaise

  5. 1 cup sour cream

  6. 1 cup shredded swiss cheese

  7. 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish

  8. 1 tsp Dijon mustard Party rye/pumpernickel

  1. Squeeze the excess moisture from the sauerkraut using cheesecloth or paper towels. Process sauerkraut, corned beef, and onion in a blender or food processor until finely chopped. Combine corned beef mixture with all other ingredients (except bread) in a bowl and mix well. Spoon into a 1-qt baking dish sprayed with oil and bake at 350° until bubbly (30-40 mins). Transfer to a small crockpot to keep warm, or serve in the baking dish. Spoon over party rye or pumpernickel slices to serve.
