  1. 1 large beef round steak, -- cut in strips

  2. 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

  3. 1 10 3/4 oz can mushroom soup, condensed

  4. 1 soupcan water

  5. 1 medium green bell pepper, -- seeded and sliced spices and herbs to taste*

  1. Preparation : *It's up to you. Some suggestions are: salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, marjoram, herbs de Provence, Italian herb blend, etc. Combine all ingredients except meat in a crockpot. Add meat. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Before serving, thicken gravy with flour or cornstarch mixed with a little water. If you wish, add 1 cup sour cream to the gravy and stir well just before serving. Serve over noodle
