  1. 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs

  2. 4 slices of bacon

  3. 1/4C finely sliced green onion One can beef gravy One can mushroom gravy

  4. 1 Tsp garlic powder salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Brown 4 slices of bacon until crisp, remove from pan and set aside. Place thighs in pan over medium heat and brown on both sides in bacon drippings about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from pan. Add beef and mushroom gravy to pan. Add garlic and stir to combine. Add chicken back to pan. Add garlic, salt and pepper if desired. Cover and simmer 15 minutes over medium-low. Remove cover and add green onions and crumbled bacon. Serve over white rice. Yield: serves 4 Notes: Sometimes I like to add mushroom, but my husband prefers it without.
