  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Rhubarb-sliced

  2. 3 cups

  3. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Strawberries - sliced thin

  4. 2/3 cup 41g / 1.4oz Flour

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cloves

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Nutmeg

  7. 1 1/2 cups 297g / 10oz Sugar

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Cinnamon

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  10. 1 Pie crust - double for 9"

  1. Slice rhubarb about 1/3 inch slices.

  2. Combine rhubarb and strawberries in a bowl.

  3. Mix sugar, flour, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon and stir into the fruit.

  4. Let stand for about 15 minutes.

  5. Stir occasionally.

  6. Pour into unbaked pie crust and top with butter.

  7. Make a lattice top crust and bake on lowest shelf at 375F for 35-40 minutes.
