  1. 2 pounds ground pork

  2. 2 pounds ground fully cooked ham

  3. 4 cups dry bread crumbs

  4. 4 eggs, lightly beaten

  5. 1 cup milk

  6. 1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar

  7. 3/4 cup water

  8. 1/2 cup vinegar

  9. 1 teaspoon ground mustard

  1. In a bowl, combine pork, ham crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape into 12 ovals, using 1 cup of mixture for each. Place in an ungreased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Combine brown sugar, water, vinegar and mustard; pour over the loaves. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting every 15-20 minutes. Place the loaves on a platter and spoon some of the sauce over them. Yield: 12 servings.
