  5. Juice of one lemon

  8. Additional Salt and Pepper to taste

  10. 30 minutes or until the amount of fluid in the pot has reduced by half. Simmer for another

  11. 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and check for taste. Add additional salt and pepper as needed. Garnish with coriander.
