  2. 2 salmon steaks

  3. 1/4 cup dry white wine

  4. 1 bay leaf

  5. 2 tablespoons fresh dill

  6. 1 stalk celery -- cut up

  7. --cucumber dill sauce--

  8. 1/4 cup plain lo-fat yogurt

  9. 1/4 cup lite mayonnaise

  10. 1 small seeded grated cucumber

  11. 1 small onion -- peeled and grated

  12. 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard

  13. 1/4 cup freshly chopped dill

  14. 1 salt

  15. pepper -- black

  1. Place steaks in microwave safe dish with thick end to outside. Add remaining ingredients on top of steaks. Cover and nuke on high for 4-6 minutes. Serve with cucumber-dill sauce. For cucumber-dill sauce: combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until blended. Pour into serving bowl; refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
