  1. Sushi Teriyaki-Sauce

  2. 4 tb soy sauce

  3. 1 tb mirin

  4. 1 clove garlic

  5. 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. Mix the soy sauce, sweet rice wine, salt and grated ginger in a

  8. bowl together. Crush garlic clove and add to mixture.

  9. This makes enough to marinade one pound of meat in it and will keep

  10. up to one week in the refrigerator.
