  1. 1 pound(s) (ground) turkey , 93 percent fat-free 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) chili powder

  2. 1 teaspoon(s) (minced) garlic

  3. 1 small onion , diced

  4. 5 (green) bell pepper , diced

  5. 1 can(s) (28-oz) diced tomatoes

  6. 1 can(s) kidney beans , drained and rinsed 1 can(s) (15-oz ) chili beans

  7. 1 tablespoon(s) (reduced-fat) sour cream

  1. Spray skillet with nonstick spray.

  2. Over medium heat, add turkey. Break up with wooden spoon; cook until browned.

  3. Transfer turkey to an 8-quart slow cooker. Add all other ingredients except sour cream; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

  4. Serve with a dollop of reduced-fat sour cream.
