  2. 2 T olive oil

  3. 1 T garlic

  4. 1 t red pepper flakes

  5. 16oz chicken broth

  6. 25oz can italian tomato puree

  7. 3 15 1/2oz can tomato sauce

  8. 2 T onion powder

  9. 1 T oregano

  10. 1 T italian spice

  11. 1/4 cup red wine

  12. 1 T kosher salt

  13. 2 T balsamic vinegar

  14. 1/2 cup romano, grated

  15. 1/4 cup italian parsley , chopped

  16. 1/4 cup basil , torn

  1. remove casings from sausage and saute in large pot with olive oil and garlic. Remove sausage when browned. Saute, olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth through basil. Add sausage and simmer.
