  1. Easy Spaghetti

  2. 1 lb spaghetti pasta

  3. 1 jar (28 oz) spaghetti sauce (any kind will do)

  4. 4 oz canned mushrooms

  5. 1/2 onion, chopped

  6. 1/4 c red wine

  7. 1/2 lb hot italian sausage

  8. Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain. Brown the

  9. sausage in large saucepan. Add the onions and cook until almost

  10. tender. Add the mushrooms and red wine. Simmer for 5 minutes over

  11. medium heat. Add the spaghetti sauce, cook over medium low heat

  12. for 15 minutes.

  13. The sauce gets better the longer you cook it. Serve the sauce over

  14. the pasta and top with grated parmesan cheese .

  15. Variations: try adding green and/or red peppers, sundried tomatoes,

  16. or garlic. This can be as elaborate or as simple as you like!
