  1. 4 c Green cabbage, sliced thinly

  2. 6 Carrots; sliced thinly

  3. 2 Onions; sliced

  4. 2 c Tofu Sour Cream (see below)

  6. 1/4 c Sesame seeds

  8. 1 ts Salt

  9. 1/4 ts Pepper

  10. 2 tb Nutritional yeast

  11. --TOFU SOUR CREAM-- 2 c Tofu (firm can be used)

  13. 3 tb Lemon juice (or vinegar)

  14. 1/2 ts Salt
