  1. 2 tbsp rolled oat flakes

  2. 90 ml mineral water

  3. 250 ml fresh milk

  4. 1 tbsp thin honey

  5. 1 tbsp strawberries, finely chopped

  6. 1 tbsp raspberries

  7. 1 tbsp blueberries

  8. 2 tbsp hazelnuts, grated or ground

  1. Pour the oat flakes into a bowl, add the water, then cover and leave to soak overnight. The next morning mix the honey and the milk then pour over the flakes, fold in the fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts before serving.
