  8. 1 1/2 c Skim milk

  9. 1/2 t Dry mustard

  10. 1/4 t Salt

  11. 1/8 t Pepper

  12. 1/4 t Worcestershire sauce

  13. 1 (20 oz.) can whole kernel

  14. - corn -- drained

  15. 1/4 c Shopped onion

  16. 1/4 c Shopped green pepper

  17. 2 c Cubed lean cooked ham

  18. 1 c Breadcrumbs

  19. 1 c Gratedlow-fat process

  20. - American cheese

  21. Make white sauce of

  22. - margarine -- flour and milk

  24. Stir in mustard, salt,

  25. - pepper -- and Worcestershire

  26. - sauce

  27. Add corn, onion, green

  28. - pepper and ham

  29. Pour mixture into nonstick

  30. - casserole

  31. Top with breadcrumbs and - cheese

  32. 375 for 25 minutes

  47. Melt margarine in saucepan

  48. Blend in flour slowly

  49. Add milk, stirring constantly

  50. Return to low heat and stir slowly but steadily until sauce boils

  51. Add salt

  52. Remove from heat
