  1. 2 pounds asparagus

  2. 4 cloves garlic , minced

  3. 1 onion sliced

  4. 6 tablespoons butter

  5. 1 chipotle chili from a can in adobo diced

  6. salt , pepper, garlic to taste

  1. Cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces. Put butter in a pan with all the ingredients and saute until asparagus is cooked to desired tenderness about 10 minutes or less.
