  1. 500g macaroni

  2. 680g lean minced beef

  3. 1 green pepper, chopped

  4. 1 onion, chopped

  5. 2 (750g) jars pasta sauce

  1. Cook macaroni according to packet directions. Drain.

  2. In a casserole, brown mince over medium heat. Add chopped onion, and cook until onion is soft. Add green pepper and pasta sauce; cook until pepper is soft.

  3. Serve sauce over pasta.
