  1. 1/4 cup chopped onion

  2. 2 tablespoons flour

  3. 2 tablespoons butter

  4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  5. 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  6. 1 lb ground beef , browned and drained

  7. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

  8. 1 cup sour cream

  1. Brown onions and flour in butter until golden brown.

  2. Add pepper, paprika, ground beef and mushroom soup.

  3. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.

  4. Add sour cream and heat through.

  5. Serve over rice or pasta.
