  7. 3 cups bread flour

  8. 1/4 cup sugar

  9. 6 tablespoons butter

  10. 1 teaspoon salt

  11. 3 tablespoons buttermilk powder

  12. 7/8 cup water

  13. 2 teaspoons yeast

  14. 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

  15. 1 1/2 teaspoons cardamom

  16. BOTTOM ICING

  17. 1/2 cup pecans -- whole

  18. 1/2 cup butter

  19. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  20. Make on dough cycle.

  21. 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick depend on how

  22. many and how big you want to make them. Take 1 tablespoon of soft butter

  23. and spread all around leaving 1/4 inch of edge. Then sprinkle cinnamon all

  24. aorund as much as you want then take 1/2 cup brown sugar and sprinkle. You

  25. can also add the same amount of chopped nuts and raisins. Roll up into a

  26. 1 1/2 to 2 inches and place in a lightly greased pan.

  27. 45 minutes and bake

  28. 15 to twenty minutes at

  29. 350 degrees. When

  30. somewhat cooled drizzle on a glaze of powdered sugar, butter, vanilla

  31. extract and milk then devour.

  32. NOTES: Place the pecans in the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with the

  33. brown sugar. Put the rolls on top of this mixture and bake at 375 degrees

  34. for about 20 minutes...WATCH carefully because ovens vary. Cool for EXACTLY 5 minutes and turn out. You can add the glaze but that is too
