5 JUMBO EGGS, removed from

25 seconds

1 c SUGAR

3 ts LEMON JUICE

1 c SOUR CREAM

1 1/2 c BANANA, mashed

1/4 c CORNSTARCH

1/2 c HEAVY CREAM

350 with pan -of water on bottom of oven. Bake cake for 1 hour or so -until edges firm and cake -still ** CRUST
