  1. 2 1/2 c. flour

  2. 1/2 tsp. salt

  3. 2 tbsp. sugar

  4. 1 c. shortening

  1. Mix well together. Then add 2 egg yolks plus enough milk to make 2/3 cup liquid. Chill overnight or at least one hour in refrigerator. This pie crust never gets tough and can be rolled out many times to any thickness desired.
