  1. Green and Yellow Squash Saute

  2. 4 garlic cloves, chopped

  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  4. 3 zucchini, sliced

  5. 3 yellow squash, sliced

  6. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  7. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

  8. salt

  9. pepper

  10. Saute garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute.

  11. Add zucchini and yellow squash and saute 3 minutes, tossing lightly.

  12. Stir in lemon juice, and basil and saute 3 additional minutes or until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
