  1. 1 cup 237ml Olive oil Salt - (to taste)

  2. 1 Lemon - juice of Fresh ground pepper - (2 taste)

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Paprika

  4. 1 Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 Bay leaf

  6. 30 Garlic

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Crushed rosemary leaves

  8. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Shrimp - (about 20 /lb)

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cayenne pepper Fresh parsley - chopped

  10. 1 Tabasco sauce

  1. Recipe Instructions * Cloves of garlic should be parboiled and peeled. Gently heat the olive oil in a wide, heavy skillet. Add all the remaining ingredients except the shrimp and parsley. Cook very gently, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Raise heat and stir in the shrimp. Cook, tossing the shrimp constantly in the hot oil, until they just turn pink and begin to curl. DO NOT OVERCOOK!! Scrape the shrimp mixture into a bowl. Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for a day or so. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
