  1. 150 g 150 g 50 g 50 g 200 g Glutinous rice flour

  2. 100 g Baking soda

  3. 1/4 tsp Eggs

  4. 2 pcs Fine Shrimp Sauce

  5. 2 1/2 tbsp Water

  6. 400 ml Sugar

  7. 1/2 tsp Pure Sesame Oil

  8. 2 tsp

  1. Sieve plain flour, glutinous rice flour and baking soda together. Stir in other batter ingredients. Mix well. Add Char Siu, shrimp meat, yellow chives and green onion into batter and mix well. Leave to rest for 10 minutes. Heat oil. Spoon 2 ladle of batter. Pan-fry both sides until golden yellow. Repeat the steps to make pancakes.
