  1. 3/4 c soy sauce

  2. 1/4 c lemon juice

  3. 1 tbsp chili sauce

  4. 1 tbsp brown sugar

  5. 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  6. 6 rib or loin pork chops --

  7. 3/4 inch thick

  8. 1/4 cup for basting and refrigerate. Add pork chops to remaining marinade; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or over night, turning once. Drain chops, discarding marinade. Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 4 minutes. Turn; baste with reserved marinade. Grill

  9. 4-7 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
