  1. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Cooked shrimp - peeled and deveined and cut into chunks

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Mayonnaise

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  4. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Curry powder

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced chutney Salt and pepper to taste

  6. 2 Ripe papayas Lime wedges

  1. Recipe Instructions 1) Mix shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper together.

  2. Cut papayas in half and remove seeds.

  3. To serve, pile shrimp salad into papaya halves. Garnish with lime wedges.
