  5. 9 Hard-boiled eggs -- peel

  6. 1 tb Sesame or peanut oil

  7. Shell 1 1/2 ts Lemon juice

  8. 3 Scallions -- finely chopped Salt and freshly ground

  9. 12 oz Cn tuna-drained and flaked Black pepper

  10. 1 1/2 ts Dry mustard Paprika

  11. 3/4 c Soy sauce Slice eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove hardened yolks to a mixing bowl.

  12. Add

  13. scallions, tuna, mustard, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper

  14. to taste. Mix well. Fill egg white halves with tuna/egg yolk mixture.

  15. Sprinkle tops with paprika. Note: Crab meat or abalone may be substituted

  16. for the tuna.
