  1. 2 cups 474ml Blackberries

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Cider vinegar -

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cayenne pepper

  4. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground ginger

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dark brown sugar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground cinnamon

  1. Puree blackberries. Discard seeds and skin.

  2. Add all ingredients to a saucepan.

  3. Simmer 15 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.
