  1. Recipe Instructions Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl toss lettuce with remaining ingredients. Toss salad with vinaigrette. Vinaigrette: In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. In a slow stream add olive oil, whisking constantly. This recipe yields 8 servings.
