  3. 2 medium navel oranges, peeled and sectioned

  4. 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and sliced

  5. 1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings

  6. DRESSING:

  7. 1/2 cup canola oil

  8. 1/4 cup sugar

  9. 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  10. 1-1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds

  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

  13. 1/4 teaspoon grated onion
