  2. 30 Garlic minced

  3. 2 No salt - (14 1/2 oz.) Whole tomatoes drained And chopped

  4. 2 Black beans - (15 oz.) And drained

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground red pepper

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Fresh cilantro Chopped fresh cilantro (opt.)

  1. Recipe Instructions Coat A Large Nonstick Skillet With Cooking Spray. Add Olive Oil and Place Over Medium Heat Until Hot. Add Garlic. Saute Until Tender. Add Chopped Tomatoes; Reduce Heat and Cook Uncovered 6 Min. OR Until Mixture Is Slightly Thickened. Stir in Beans, Red Pepper and Cilantro. Cover and Cook 5 Min. OR Until Thoroughly Heated. Garnish With Fresh Cilantro If Desired. Serve Over Rice. (Fat 1 G.)
