  7. 1 pound Fresh mushrooms slicd evenly -- (try an egg slicer)

  8. 1/4 cup Butter

  9. 1 cup Heavy cream

  10. 2 tablespoons Fresh chopped parsley

  11. Salt and pepper to taste

  12. 1/2 cup White wine

  13. 1 pound Pasta -- cooked and drained

  14. Grated cheese

  15. Sautee mushrooms in melted butter until golden. Stir in wine, parsley, salt

  16. and pepper. Cook for 10 min. on med heat. Add heavy cream and take off

  17. heat. Serve over hot pasta with cheese on the side. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
