  6. 1 lb Hamburger

  7. 1/2 ts Salt

  8. 1 tb Instant Minced Onions

  9. 1/8 ts Garlic Powder

  10. --SAVORY BURGERS--

  11. 1/4 ts Savory

  12. --RED HOT BURGERS--

  13. 1 ts Crushed Hot Red Pepper

  14. --ORIENTAL BURGERS--

  15. 1/4 ts Ginger

  16. 1 ts Lemon Zest

  17. 1 ts Soy Sauce

  18. --SESAME BURGERS--

  19. 1/4 c Toasted sesame seeds

  20. --HOT-N-TANGY BURGERS--

  21. 1 ts Season All, Seasoned salt

  22. 1 ts Barbeque Spice

  23. --DILL BURGERS--

  24. 1/2 ts Crushed dill seed

  25. 1/4 c Chopped olives OR - Sweet Pickles

  26. --HERB BURGERS--

  27. 1/4 ts Marjoram

  28. 1/8 ts Thyme

  29. 1/4 ts Celery Salt

  30. 1 ts Parsley flakes

  31. --CHILI-CHEESE BURGERS--

  32. 1 c Grated cheese

  33. 1/4 c Milk

  34. 1/2 ts Chili Powder

  35. --SPICE BURGERS--

  36. 1/2 ts Dry Mustard

  37. 1/4 ts Nutmeg, ground

  38. The Basic Burger Mix will yield 4 burgers. Add the

  39. following herbs and spices to the Basic Burger Mix to

  40. create variations on the basic burgers.

  41. Place into smoker/cooker (I use a water cooker) with

  42. the water pan filled with cold water or ice. Allow

  43. the smoker to obtain cooking temperature, 180-250

  44. degrees. Smoke/cook approximately 1 hour per

  45. side.(Total cooking time is approximately 2-2 1/2

  46. hours.) Slop with favorite bbq sauce during the last

  47. 1/2 hour of cooking.

  48. We make up a weeks supply of these at a time. They

  49. are absolutely delicious...
