  1. 4 cups diced potato es

  2. 1 large onion , chopped

  3. 2 stalks celery , chopped

  4. 1 pound cooked ham , diced

  5. 3 cups chicken broth

  6. 1-2 cans condensed cheddar soup

  7. 2 cups velveeta

  8. 1 teaspoon dill salt and pepper milk and flour

  1. Cook potatoes, onion, and celery in chicken broth until tender. Remove half of potato mixture, mash and return to pot. Add ham, soup, cheese, and seasoning to pot. Simmer 15 minutes. Add milk and flour mixture as needed to thicken.
