  1. 12 oz penne pasta

  2. 2 c cherry tomato, quartered

  3. 1 1/2 c zucchini , chopped

  4. 1 medium cucumber , sliced in halves

  5. 4 green onion s, sliced

  6. 1/3 c pitted kalamata olive s, halved

  7. 1/2 c olive oil

  8. 1/2 lemon juice

  9. 2 Tbsp fresh basil , crushed

  10. 2 Tbsp fresh oregano , crushed

  11. 4-6 garlic cloves, minced

  12. 1/4 tsp salt

  13. 1/4 tsp pepper

  14. 1 c feta cheese

  1. Cook pasta. Drain with cold water 2. In a large bowl toss together the cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, and olives.

  2. In a screw top jar combine the olive oil, lemon juice, basil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake well. Drizzle over pasta mixture, toss to coat.

  3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. To serve, add feta cheese, toss.
