  1. 3 Fresh pineapple

  2. 1 cup 237ml Unsweetened pineapple juice

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Buttermilk

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  1. Cut the pineapple into 1-inch pieces. Wrap in a single layer of plastic wrap and freeze until solid (four or more hours).

  2. Place pineapple, juice, buttermilk and sugar into a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Do not refreeze.

  3. This recipe yields 6 half-cup servings.
