  1. Make the tortellini according to directions. Put 2 cups of the marinara sauce in a serve-ready dish Get another serve-ready dish, and put the rest of the marinara and the milk into it and mix well to create a pink sauce. Get a third serve-ready dish and put the basil pesto in it. When the tortellini are ready, drain well. Put toothpicks into each tortellini, and serve along with the sauces above.
