  1. 1 cup sabudana (soak in water)

  2. 1 cup peanuts (grinded)

  3. 1 cup potatoes (grated)

  4. 1/4tsp turmeric powder

  5. 1tsp red chili powder

  6. 1tsp cumin seeds

  7. Salt as per taste

  8. 1foil sheet

  9. Oil for fry

  1. First take the soaked sabudana in a bowl

  2. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds and salt

  3. Now add the peanuts and potatoes

  4. Mix altogether well

  5. Now take an aluminum foil

  6. Grease it with little bit of oil

  7. Now put some sabudana mixture on the foil and press it with your hand and spread it

  8. Heating up 1tsp oil on a tawa

  9. Put the flatten mixture on the tawa and remove the foil

  10. Fry both sides of it well

  11. Sabudana potato thalipeeth is ready to be served
