  1. Chestnut-Hazelnut Cake

  3. 150 grams powdered sugar

  4. 15 grams vanilla sugar

  5. 220 grams chestnut puree

  6. 100 grams melted butter

  7. 150 grams ground hazelnuts

  8. Mix together eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

  9. Add chestnut puree, butter and hazelnuts to the egg mixture. Pour

  10. into a cake form, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees

  11. Celsius (about 350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 40 minutes.
