  3. 1/4 medium head frozen english peas

  4. 3 ounces fresh lettuce

  5. 3 ounces fresh spinach leaves

  6. 1/2 cup green onions -- chopped

  7. 2 teaspoons bouillon granules -- chicken-flavored

  8. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  9. 1 1/4 cups water

  10. 1/4 cup skim water

  1. Combine English peas, lettuce, spinach, green onions, bouillon granules, chervil and pepper in a large saucepan; stir in water. Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Process mixture to saucepan, and stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly heated.
